HOW DOES IT WORK?
INTAKE & ASSESSMENT
The assessment process will begin once you have filled out our Interest Form. Click the I’m Interested button below to access our Interest Form. Select ‘Gym & At-Home Training Programs’ on the form.
Once completed, you will be sent an email containing the link to our Programs Subscription Page, where you will choose and pay for the training program you desire. The email also includes links to our PAR-Q, Medical Release and Liability Waiver forms. All forms are required before you are given full access to the training program of your choice.
