HOW DOES IT WORK?
INTAKE & ASSESSMENT
The assessment process will begin once you have filled out our Interest Form. Click the I’m Interested button below to access our Interest Form. Select ‘Online Personal Training’ on the form.
Once completed you will be sent an email with two links, one link is to schedule a Consultation call while the other is linked to our Pre-Consultation Form, please fill the form out before the consultation so we may be informed of your needs and current experience and etc.
After the consultation call, you will be sent a follow-up email outlining the necessary information to complete the onboarding process and create your personal training program. Once created, we will have an onboarding session to explain your program and answer any questions before you begin your personal training.
