The Workout Library contains workouts varying between 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes & 30 minutes all for the purposes listed below:
Mobility
All mobility workouts are for those who would like to ‘open up’ their joints and be able to have the full range of motion at the critical joints of their body.
Workouts focus on the Hip, Shoulder, Knee & Ankle and Wrist.
Stretches(Static & Active)
Static Stretches can be done after your exercises or when you are feeling stiff
Active Stretches can be done to help relieve pain from sitting all day or prep for a mini-workout session
Workouts consist of Full Body Static Stretches, Full Body Active Stretches, Lower Back & Hip Stretches and Upper Back & Shoulder Stretches
At-Home
All At-Home workouts require minimal to no gym equipment
At-Home exercises are primarily focused on Hypertrophy(Physique) and General Conditioning

HOW DOES IT WORK?
INTAKE & ASSESSMENT
The assessment process will begin once you have filled out our Interest Form. Click the I’m Interested button below to access our Interest Form. Select ‘On-Demand Workout Library’ on the form.
Once completed, you will be sent an email containing the link to our On-Demand Workout Library Subscription Page, where you will choose and pay for the subscription length you desire. The email also contains links to our PAR-Q, Medical Release and Liability Waiver forms. All forms are required before you are given full access to the On-Demand Workout Library.
